Even when the basic sexual interest with opposite sex cannot be expressed, accepting homosexual interest is a question of Law?. Is not a trap to those who work in Law and Order and Judiciary and People in power to be accused as above framing  them as expressing homosexuality interest ?. Or exploit the law and power for their real homosexual interest. based on their background or changed interest to homosexuality ? Or their interest in both can also create problems to both who is straight in sex or abstain from sex relationship.

Reservations of kind other than economic and financial conditions basis revenue income basis is the only possible discrimination in community). Economic and Financial condition is a variable and changing. Once the Economic and Financial condition is improved, those who got reservations must be (including from profession or employment) removed from the list.  There is no guaranteed reservation for lifetime or till retirement). In a community or nation law and rules must be focused on individuals not on group or family or caste basis. This will remove legal and governIng discrimination.
