Thd same is fishing where precious stones from sea and  shells worth billions of dollats tade and income hided and unaccounted. This is  the basic reason many nations banned fishong or  allow aquaculture and not allowing nets using fishing including deep sea fishing. There are different protection people groups from these fields to    hide the accounts of billions of dollars per year and not disclose and hide truths.
