Sedition Law more than enough to list a nation in International Terrorist List ?

 Any nation those have many citizens in other countries will face international troubles with Sedition Law. If citizens and residence cant criticise who can have right to criticise servents of nation, its beyond freeom of speech and fundamental rights. A trap to leaders who cant cricize action of subordinates and national or state servants against  goverments own laws passed of public benifits. No one would like to cut the branch while sitting in same branch. Worst case than doctrine like " First    Obey then Protest" which is use for war time crimes trial. This can bring a nation into international disputes and due to specific expressed religious interest troubles in getting listed into religious terrorist nations list will not be a surprise especially claims of hidden actions and use of sedition laws against other nationals will be suspected against freedom of speech and fundamental rights.  The efforts draft such sedition alredy damaged international reputation as secret practices of such laws was behind scenes for some trial and error uses.
