When an increament argued by a Group employes for 30% based on fuel and Communication price. Offered was 10% to members in three grades with equal members with 12% , 21 % and 30%. As soon as payment received  2÷3  employees of group left the organisation by quiting the job or started to search new job from First Grade 30% and Last Grade 12%.. This 44.44% requirement was declarsd as new employment for the year and market value went up 23.44% of the organisation.
