Women unemployment and Low wages & salary and inequality.

Based on Education , the inequality created by political theology mored understood by educated woman. 70% of women favour immigrarion amoung educated who had completed 12 years of school education and above. This is more like no interest towards the concepts and ploicies of nation or state etc., Project spending and planning for 25 years to 60 years women are well aware that not useful for current Generation. Tomarrow never comes. Living for future not a Financial or Economic concepts bases on debts and returns against present value of funds. What known as lawful trade bodies are considered illegal trade bodies by women. The brain capacity of women who grow kids considered as same of kids less than 12 years Age and same for woman Grater than 60 years Age. Many educated women with kids  are not technology favour or development favour thinking that their kids will not have chances in future however expect theoritical education than practical uses, application and developments. This also known to many other educated women. Conflicts between women are more than usual with enough reasons within communities. Mostly women provoked with low wages, hard labours and long working hours and also these forced by other women with kids and old women above 60 years as per their worst arguments like make money without money or travel long distance without personal traporations, earn without initial capital, find jobs without even conveyance fares, in total saddist communities behavours, find jobs. More enimey like wars between women what attributed as not crimes but illegal arguments lead to wars and related killings. It will he hard to find evidence in hidden wars.

Many educated Men silently support hidden wars than visible expressions.

Most communities dont have logic or lack sense of orders , how to begin earning or have income after completing school education or source of money to find jobs or money required to start self employments. Well known that all schemes are to help employments are again only others money making ideas.
